Name | Version: | Tremulant 1.0 |
Author: | ldmdevices |
Device Type: | Audio Effect |
Description: | The Tremulant device is a harmonic tremolo Max for Live audio effect. With this effect, an LFO is used to modulate the audio levels of 2 filters – a highpass and lowpass, with a notch at the center frequency. The output has a distinctive sound, obviously not the same as a volume modulating tremolo. The device also has some additional noise in the modulation, and allows one channel to be flipped, creating a stereo effect. |

I bought this and it works pretty much just like a normal tremelo. It seems basic but there are no other tremelo's available for Live to my knowledge so it's not the most dissapointing buy and it's cheap. The tremelo LFO goes up to 30 kHz.

Yeah it's a tremolo, as clearly explained.

Just set Live's built-in Auto-Pan device phase to zero and it automates the volume as a standard tremolo does.
This device does harmonic tremolo, as described up there, which live does _not_ come with. The noise also sounds like it might add a nice bit of variation.
