I like this!

But it would be very useful with a slider/function to adjust the start point of each video...so you could propely sync the video with beats etc.

It is supposed to trigger the audio from the video as well right? I can trigger the video but the audio won't play..Hmmm. Using ASIO4ALL with onboard sound card. Anyone know how to fix?

This is sweet, if only you could use the actual launchpad pads to set the start and end point..Hmmm, oh wait, I can do it myself :)
