I've read the description three times and still can't understand what it does. Any chance you'll be uploading a YouTube demo?

@posters above it's actually super simple, it just needs to be triggered. it's a piano roll/sequencer - it chooses the notes to play but it doesn't trigger those notes until it receives a note. So this device controls your pitch but you can program a midi clip to decide when the pitch will trigger (or play notes on your keyboard). The key is, whatever you play - the pitch doesn't matter, just the "when". The pitch will be coming from this device but it relies on outside input as to when to play. Super powerful. Reminds me of some devices by "Heaps of Bleeps" that have a similar effect. You end up with phrases you wouldn't have come up with otherwise.

I picked this up and I really like it been wanting to do something like this for a while. It does seem to stick on odd notes with a constant sustain. I plan to use with the note up device or the Skinner box time sequncer

was thinking there's lots of scope to build on this , few ideas:

ability to drop a midi clip in to set the notes
ability to play the midi notes in on a separate midi channel
ability to set the beats per note al la m185 seq

Hey leescan, thanks for the feedback! I'll look into the note sticking for a fix when I get the chance. And I'm definitely interested in developing this concept more so thank you for the suggestions too.
