| Description: | Electrify the harmonic content of your signal. Pair up with your favorite distortion for anything from subtle stereo movement to demonic growls. Works great on droning chords. Ring modulates the input with a phase shifted version of itself. An allpass filter flips the phase 180° at the [Center] frequency, effectively creating an octave-up at that point. [Res] sets the steepness with which the phase shifts from 0° to 360° around the [Center]. The ring modulator can be band limited with [Pinch] but watch out, the limiter will easily oscillate at high [Res] settings. The signal can be widened with the [Spread] setting. This offsets the [Center] frequency of the left and right channels. |
