Device Overview

Name/Version: Grain Trail 1.1
Author: WillSavin
Description: This device is a real-time granulator which creates random grains from incoming audio within the selected time range. The amplitude and pitch of each grain can be randomised and scaled by its position in the trail, i.e the time since the original audio played by the grain relative to the time range. Grains can be linked in a stereo pair, or separated to produce a wide and dynamic stereo image.

09/05/17 Update - Version 1.1

- Greatly reduced CPU usage
- Corrected latency on pitch shifted grains.
- Added option for device to stay active when Live is paused.
- Extended maximum grain length to 200ms.

Greatly underestimated granulator! Can't believe there's no comments about how good this thing is. Truly a gem for sculpting textures and all kind of sonic weirdness. I hope you'll keep updating it, with hopefully new features? I'd really love too have LP-HP-BP filtering per grains with a random knob for the grain filtering. Would be even more crazy! Anyhow, great great tool, thanks for giving it away :)
