Description: Buffer Shuffler is real fun, but I'd like to avoid using the mouse. The Shuffler has two Number Boxes corresponding to the X and Y coordinates of the grid. Map them to keys or knobs and you can control the grid without a mouse!

Use MANUAL mode to choose the X coordinate manually, or choose SYNC mode to have it sync to the Live Clock.

Turn on HOLD to have all steps chosen with the X Number Box automatically change to the Y value.

With HOLD and SYNC on, you can basically scrub the loop with the Y box.

that was a brilliant idea, well executed and I now use it all the time "sidechain"-mapped to a Korg KP3 to play mayhem, random and glitchie

I don't think it would be too hard, but honestly I'm not working too much with M4L these days. Probably best to do it yourself. If you improve it, I'd love to update the device
