thanks, but I can't make it work, it displays (live comment) in big letters on a striked background, map blinks but you cant' map it to anything.

The mapping part is not mine, try if the mapping works with this device (which is where I got it from): https://maxforlive.com/library/device/7056/note-trigger-map

Otherwise there might be some problem with Ableton.

yes same problem, text not showing unlike your screencap, and mapping not working, tried on L10 and L9

I'm running it fine on Live 11 suite (maybe if you're on a trial version it might not work as expected)

?? You describe it as using L10 and Max8. I don't have L11
