Description: | Ever wished a sweet midi-driven monophonic effect was polyphonic? Say Corpus in MIDI mode? Or Izotope's StutterEdit VST? Well, now it is. This little doohickey takes a polyphonic bunch of MIDI notes and dynamically re-routes them to different midi tracks, allowing you to create polyphonic effects where before there was only mono. Note that the screen shot is not fantastically exciting here. The sound, though, is awesome. This is one half of the package. You'll also need http://www.maxforlive.com/library/device.php?id=567 |

i don't really understand what does this thing with stutter edit, you can play polyphonic effects no? |
@ lek - can you say how you set this up to work proper ? that would be supercool. thanks |
basically: use sun.plyfier on a midi track put a midi instrument on few different midi tracks with an instance of polymidireceive on each track. setup the polymidireceive voice to a different value for each track, same bus for all of them, no need to setup a midi input on each track (the bus does it), then play different type of chords and you ll see :) |
