Hi robotboot, I have experienced this and not sure what the problem is. Moog updated their editor (version 3) and you can use that as a VST now. I wrote the patch for myself but I am happy with version 3 of the Moog editor. Highly recommend it. It free. |

Hi davidb63, I was not able to reproduce your problem. Which version of Live/Max are your using? You can also send me your project so I can look into this problem. My email is den (dot) d (at) live (dot) ca. |

Hi davidb63, I've used the Moog editor and MIDI Phat along side each other a few times but you need to use the Moog editor as standalone. It won't work on the same track in Live. As for patches, they will be saved with your Live project and can be saved as presets by clicking the disk icon in the title bar. You can click Send to Phatty to transfer your patch to the Sub Phatty, but you must use the Moog editor librarian to save patches inside the Sub Phatty. Hope that answers your questions. |

Howdy. I've uploaded version 1.2 of MIDI Phat. Updates includes: * Realtime mini ADSR envelopes (actually DAHDSR) * Sub Phatty settings page to view additional options * You can use Sub Phatty keyboard to control note Hold feature * About page * Minor bug fixes (randomizer) |

Hi Everyone, I've updated this patch to include a send all message as requested by robotboot. When you click Send All, the Pitch Amt and Hard Sync LEDs will blink on the Sub Phatty to indicate it's received all data. I don't think its currently possible to receive all data at once from the Sub Phatty. I also made the interface a little nicer looking. Enjoy. |

A send/all receive/all message would be ideal. I am still learning max (so much to learn). Anyone out there with suggestions on how to go about doing this? If I figure this out I will update my patch. Hopefully when Moog releases their Phatty editor it will do this and more than my program. |

What I do is save the preset (disk icon). When you open your project the next time, make sure the sub phatty is on and ready before you open your project. Swapping the preset out and in might work too. Hope that answers your question. |

Version 1.1 has a few bug fixes and introduces a delay. |

Hi jeburkejr, I found the problem with bad pattr values. I need to give the live.grid some initial values. Will fix and update it when I have time. Glad you like it. |

Hi jeburkejr, This is my first attempt at Max For Live. I am not using "pattr" in my code, so why would it give bad "pattr" values? To run it, you must activate the Left and/or Right sequences, give it more than 1 step (maybe these are bad default values), and make sure the gains are not all the same. I have instructions on my website. www.denisdesjardins.me I appreciate any feedback. Thanks. |

You should be able to record automation in arrangement view even without any VST editor or my patch. Double check your Live MIDI preferences and make sure the track is armed.
