swingCalc.js comes with M4L. You should find it in abletonlibrary/presets/Midi Effects/Max Midi Effect/Step Sequencer
the downloaded file and the swingCalc.js must be in the same folder, sorry I forgot.
Then the sequencer timing should work fine.
