| Description: | Bridging MaxForLive to .Net assemblies has been on the wishlist of a lot of Max users for a long time. Here it is: a working demo to show how it can be done in Windows 10; sorry, Apple is not supported. You can now write code in C# or another .Net language and use it from within MaxForLive. The Console is accessible. Windows Forms can be used. You can experiment with AI. Everything you can imagine. Using the Max standalone application from Cycling ‘74 you can add Max patchers to Windows Forms applications to play music or use Max’s user interface. Note that you need to have programming qualities for MaxForLive as well as C# and Visual Studio 2019 to use MaxDotNet in your own projects. Please report if you're experiencing issues so I can try to fix them. |
