Device Overview
Name/Version: | Gain Rider 2.0 | |
Author: | johndarque | |
Description: | Gain Rider is a Max4Live auto gain device by John Darque. It compensates and “rides” the volume of an incoming audio signal to a desired Target. You can dial in movement from 6db (-3,+3) up to 24db (-12, +12) in the box below the Rider fader. You can ignore incoming signals below a certain Treshold, in which case the fader will return to 0db compensation. Speed defines the time it takes to reach the compensated values in ms. It can be set to either Peak or LUFS mode. |

Great device, John! Does this respond to the peak or LUFS of the audio signal? Thanks! |

HI GarretNorvell, so far it's only peak but I'm planning on implementing a toggle for LUFS. |
