Description: | Turn a polyphonic midi input into monophonic. Was designed to overcome the difficulty of doing so with multichain instrument rack like live pianos. Made a great use of Darwin Grosse's ddg.mono object, so I guess it's partly his patch too... by Ronen Peri (12RT2) |

God thanks! This is what I'm looking for! The pseudo poly mode of KORG volca keys just pissed me off and I need this. |

Super helpful device. But - always resets to default when I reload the set. Tried racking it and saving that way, to no avail. Help? |
Thanks dude! Exactly what I needed. Saved me a lot of trouble |
This device just made my day. It does exactly what I want. I'm doing some very complex things with microtonal ableton wasn't designed for and this makes it easier to play my hardware synths without it retuning notes all over because of the polyphony. |

This would be a lifesaver except that the plugin loses its settings when the set is reopened. It reverts to default any time the set is reloaded. :( please help!! |
I created my account only for thank you. :p Simple and Perfect |
After all the devices I tried to get this effect, this was the only one that worked perfectly. Except... it resets after reloading my set :( |
For anyone who comes across this device in the future, I have released a version that fixes the bug where it doesn't save its parameters: https://maxforlive.com/library/device.php?id=8860. And to the author: you are free to steal that fixed device (or apply the fix yourself based on the instructions in the description) and upload it as a new version of this one, and I will delete it. |
