| Description: | This is a device for multiple chain free processing made with Max for Live. It is similar to the Blue Cat's PatchWork plugin, but with some differences. The device provides four sections, 15 plugin slots (which can use VST, VST3, and AU (only on macOS)), 15 sidechain compression or mixing inputs, 15 separate control knobs for gain on each slot, and 15 on/off switches for bypassing each slot: 1.Pre-processing section: This is a series processing section that provides three plugin slots. You can chain up to three plugin effects to process the incoming signal, which is then sent to the parallel processing section. 2.Parallel processing section: This is a three-way parallel processing section, with each branch providing three plugin slots. The purpose of this section is to copy the signal received from the pre-processing section into three paths, each of which can have up to three plugin effects applied, and then the three signals are mixed and output to the post-processing section. 3.Post-processing section: This is a series processing section that provides three plugin slots. You can chain up to three plugin effects to process the incoming signal, which is then sent to the master output control section. 4.Master output control section: Here you can control the bypass, wet/dry mix ratio of the entire device, and the overall output gain of the device. Each plugin slot provides independent functions such as bypass control (switch on the left side of the slot), sidechain compression or mixing inputs (located on the upper or lower left side of the slot), plugin UI open/close button, and slot signal gain control knob: Bypass control: When activated, it means the signal is passing through the plugin. When deactivated, the signal bypasses the plugin and flows to the next slot. Sidechain compression or mixing inputs: There are a total of nine pre-effect inputs and six post-effect inputs (the button on the upper left side of the slot is the pre-effect input, and the button on the lower left side of the slot is the post-effect input). It can obtain sidechain signals from any track in the Ableton Live project (the 15 inputs can each obtain different sidechain signals). The obtained signal can be used for sidechain compression of the current signal or for mixing with a certain blending ratio and then output to the next slot. Plugin UI open/close button: When a plugin is inserted into the slot, activate this button to display the plugin UI, and click it again to close the plugin UI. Slot signal gain control knob: You can independently adjust the gain of the signal output from each slot from 0% to 100%. By default, the gain knob in the pre-processing and post-processing sections is set to 100%, while the gain knob in the parallel processing section is set to 96%." You can use this device as a channel strip plugin and insert appropriate effect plugins at different positions to freely process audio and achieve the desired sound. You can also use it to control the dry/wet mix ratio of plugins that do not support it with a knob control. Furthermore, you can freely combine various sounds in the Ableton Live project, mix them in different ratios, and process them to achieve a new, creative sound. In short, it can do many things.
