Device Overview

Name/Version: Etherseq 2.4.0
Author: TristanSutcliffe
Description: Etherseq is a step sequencer that can output polyphonic steps. It can also allow MIDI to pass through it allowing for multiple instances on single track or MIDI from Ableton. Once you enter in the number of sequences desired and draw in the data, set the parameter "play seq" to 0 to have it play all stored sequences at once (polyphonic).

2.3.1 Important Update: This fixes all the communications bugs, but breaks compatibility with older versions of all the devices. Please download the latest version of the devices.

It can sync timing with a tempo sequencer called Paradox, which can be downloaded here:

Let me know if there's any bugs or suggestions to make it better.

Change Notes:
2.2.1 - Minor UI tweak.
2.3 - Update to internal clock re-sync.
2.3.1 - Changed the communication pattern, moved away from udpsend/udpreceive.
2.3.2 - Fixed graphics frame rate issue.
2.4.0 - Added step assistant feature to help draw in sequences and generate random sequences. Added scale modes to have Etherseq play in keys. Allow to customise the note range on the sequencer ui for easier drawing. Added live.banks to modify settings using Ableton Push.
