I've also uploaded a version with buttons on the opposite side. All credit should go to surfingpikachu, I really only copied 8 instances of their device and have no idea how to create devices for Max for Live. For this reason I can't help troubleshoot any bugs, just wanted to share in case anyone else found this useful.
