Description: This pair of devices is designed to control groups of LEDs on an external MIDI controller that can respond to incoming MIDI CC messages to display them like a "VU meter". The rotary encoders on Yaeltex controllers (https://yaeltex.com/product/mojito/) have an LED-ring around them, and are specifically designed to have this feature, while also still acting as a typical rotary encoder at the same time. This is all demonstrated in my video "The Mojito - Moldover's new custom Yaeltex controller" starting at 3:15 (https://youtu.be/lg0tO-jKXDs?t=195), later at 15:38 (https://youtu.be/lg0tO-jKXDs?t=938), and again later at 19:27 (https://youtu.be/lg0tO-jKXDs?t=1167). These are pretty bare-bones devices, designed to be simple and efficient. The "Send" device should be placed on an audio track at the point in the device chain where you want to generate the VU Meter "reading". The "Receive" device should be placed on a MIDI track which has its output assigned to the external device *and MIDI-channel* that has been programmed to display your CC-messages. These devices were designed to support a maximum of 8 unique VU Meters in one Live Set, and this is the purpose of the "Send Number" parameter on the Send device (1-8). Multiple copies of the "Receive" device are currently NOT supported.

Any chance this could work for up to, say, 24 or even 32 VU-meters ?
This could be a life saver for a live set I'm working on.
