| Description: | Note: This was created on Live 8. I haven't run into any issues with Live 9, but some other people have. Use carefully! Modulator creates new ways of controlling parameters in the Live Set. This enables things like LFOs, step sequencers, envelope followers, cc re-mappers, and more, all with custom, morph-able curves. The Live Pack includes both MIDI Effect and Audio Effect versions. Check out the included Midi and Audio Effect Racks as well as the demo song to see Modulator in action Control data is created by the Generator section, sent through the Re-Mapper, which reshapes the data, and ends up at the Assign section, where it is sent to the chosen parameter. The general workflow is: 1, Drag a copy of Modulator to the Live Set 2, Click the Learn button. 3, Click on any parameter in the Live Set. 4. Start the Ableton transport and notice that the parameter changes automatically. 5. Try changing the sequence, drawing new shapes, changing the LFO rate, etc. 6. There are also other Generator modes available. Choose different ones from the menu at the top-left corner of the device. | Awesome device! This is the Modulation-Swiss-Army-Knife! Just made are really cool Granulator-Instrument in 5 minutes by using a Simpler and modulating the sample length and start-point with 2 Modulators. Seems like there are so many usecases you can achieve with this device. Can't wait to figure out more creative ways to use it. Thanks and great job! |

| Yeah if you can add multiple line and controlled paramaters on the same modulator device, it seems that it could be more powerful than mapulator !!! |
| A way to zoom in and make precise adjustments would be very welcome. I'm using modulator to make a custom EQ curve, in slider mode, but it's impossible to make the line/curve follow exact values. I.e. bound to Gain i can't draw 0dB, it's always a little bit under or over 0dB. |
| I've tried using this in 64bit Live9.01. When I save it to a live set and then later load the set, this device no longer works. The LFO does not progress so modulated values do not change. |
| when using this in 64bit of live 9,1 standard after some time i get a live has stopped working message?? |

| I dont think the author is doing anything to this plugin anymore. I asked for help a few posts up, over a year ago.. |
