A 3*integer Interference Pattern generates complex, evolving rhythms 2. K-Teck's advanced Scale Scanning module to apply melody to the rhythm Iosif makes machine music new again Iosif can create complex, non-repeating rhythms by generating a series of Trigger Pulses from an ‘Interference Pattern’ formed by the interactions of 3 numbers These 3 numbers control 3 looping Pattern Counters Every time a Pattern Counter resets a note is triggered in the Scale Scan Module The Scale Scanner is a new version with 128 scales available Iosif is an exceptionally powerful step sequencer with a deceptively simple UI |

sorry so late to this: @Mec - videos on web page @tomcosmos - Iosif will not repeat the last note unless you have the 'Skip' control set to the same number as the number of notes in the scale... this is because Iosif's pattern generates a count which counts through the scale in increments set by the skip control so for a pentatonic scale: Skip=1: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 0, 1, 2.... Skip=2: 0, 2, 4, 1, 3, 0, 2, 4... Skip=5: 0, 0, 0, 0... hope that helps |
