| Description: | Description: With this plugin you can easily edit CODE49's Pad and Button colors on Ableton. Warning: This plugin is created for M-Audio CODE49. It's not recommended to try on other models or devices. Requirements: 1) Make sure that your device is up-to-date. Old firmware had MIDI communication bug. https://m-audio.com/support/drivers 2) Make sure that Port 1 Input and Port 1 Output are actived (MIDI Tracking) in Ableton Settings. Instructions: 1) Create a MIDI track. 2) Set MIDI track's input as 'All Ins' or 'Code 49' (Port 1). 3) Set MIDI track's output to 'Code 49' (Port 1). 4) Switch MIDI track's Arm Recording 'ON' to get signal from device. 5) Load CODE49 Color Editor and then do Memory Dump on your device. (Edit > Mem. Dump > Enter) 6) After applying, reload the preset on the device (go forwards and backwards). |
