Description: FLUX - Audio-Reactive Visual Engine for Ableton Live / Max for Live

Turn your music into moving visual content directly inside Ableton.

FLUX is a Max for Live audiovisual engine built for producers, DJs, performers and content creators who want reactive visuals without leaving their music workflow. Load up to four images or videos, blend them, automate them across your arrangement, drive the visual engine from the audio, and send the final result directly to OBS through Syphon.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Load 4 independent image or video sources
- Blend Source 1-4 in real time
- Automate all four Source Mix levels in Ableton
- Use multiple creative visual modes
- Control reaction intensity with REACT
- Push into abstract detail with deep ZOOM
- Build frequency-reactive compositions with FRAG 1-4
- Shape fragments with SIZE, SOFT and MOVE
- Automate Fragment 1-4
- Randomize creative parameters
- Lock the parameters you want to keep
- Output in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1
- Send the clean visual directly to OBS through Syphon
- Keep working directly inside your Ableton arrangement

IMAGE & VIDEO SOURCES
FLUX is optimized for still-image based visual workflows, providing responsive and efficient audio-reactive performance.

Video files are also supported and can be mixed alongside still images for more dynamic visual compositions. Performance with multiple simultaneous video sources may vary depending on your system, video format, resolution and GPU resources. For the most responsive audio-reactive experience, still images or a balanced combination of image and video sources is recommended.

Every source slot can load a still image or video. Videos play automatically, loop continuously and are independent of Ableton's transport/BPM. Mix automation lets you introduce a second image at bar 33, fade a video out later in the track, or build complete visual arrangements around the structure of your music.

FRAGMENT MIXER

The Fragment Mixer goes beyond a normal crossfade. Different source regions can enter the composition according to LOW, MID, HIGH or mixed-band activity. SIZE changes the fragment scale, SOFT controls boundary feathering, and MOVE controls fragment drift.

RANDOM + LOCK

Generate new combinations quickly with RANDOM, then use LOCK to protect the parameters you want to keep. This makes FLUX useful both for deliberate automation and fast visual experimentation.
