(A) If using API credits then you would need either an Anthropic or OpenAI account and purchasing credits there to use (each prompt cost is very cheap although it depends on your settings and the complexity). It does NOT require any subscription and I do NOT make any extra money off of this. You just add credits as you’d like. (B) Setting up a local LLM or another agent API endpoint and using URL mode (C) Using manual mode you can export/import prompts ands responses to any subscription or other AI agent, which you will need to setup or access. Once you create something you can save it as a preset and never pay additional money/credits for that instance. The steps to do this are very simple and are within the device itself and resources. (2) This is an experimental software. Although you can create complex and in depth results, doing more complex synths/effects may take more tweaking prompts or specific details from you (Especially for smaller local LLMs which may require more prompt edits to fix code errors!). There are Tips in the device for getting the results you desire. The device can create up to 48 parameters maximum for each device you create. Features: * Four different devices for creating devices: instruments/synths, audio effects, parameter modulators, midi effects * Ability to choose different AI agents (Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI/GPT, URL for local LLMs/other API endpoints, Manual for export/import for using any agents including subscriptions) and their various models and reasoning efforts * Ability to prompt new devices or edits to devices you have made as well as undoing an edit * The agent generates useful parameters for controlling the device (up to 48), which are mappable/automateable * Parameter rest and randomization options * The instrument version has inbuilt parameters for: portamento, # voices, transpose, amp ADSR, sample dropping (for sample based instruments), access to pitch bend and mod wheel * The audio effect version has inbuilt parameters for: dry/wet mix, sample dropping (for sample based audio effects) * The parameter modulator version can give up to two mappable sources at a time with 8 destinations for each source * Ability to save created devices as presets for indefinite future use * Ability to export code for use in other projects such as a Max/MSP patch or a hardware project, etc! * Ability to edit code manually for tweaks without using an AI agent |
