gd-trailmix is a Max For Live device that I originally created in the Max/MSP Pluggo environment in 2003 & updated for M4L in 2024. This is a crude pitch shifting plugin which creates stuttering, glitchy effects from the audio input. The left & right channels are independent. Size control is related to the buffer / slice size & speed is pitch. Values are randomized on startup for a fun & surprising texture. |
