Micron Resonator is a feedbacker effect with the delay time tuned to a selected microtonal pitch. Choose the TUNE integer for pitch between C32Hz & B63Hz and the OCT for register between -3-reg & 3-reg to produce the resonant pitch center. Standard tuning frequency of A440Hz is TUNE A55Hz & OCT 3. TONE sets the cutoff for the low-pass filter on the output signal. FEED parameter controls the feedback gain and includes an attenuator to match the output level close to the input level.

Micron Ringer is a ring modulation effect that multiplies the input signal by a modular wave of a selected microtonal pitch. Choose the TUNE integer for pitch between C32Hz & B63Hz and the OCT for register between 0-reg & 6-reg to produce the modular pitch center. Standard tuning frequency of A440Hz is TUNE A55Hz & OCT 3. TONE sets the cutoff for the low-pass filter on the output signal. SHAPE sets the wave of the modular signal by shifting its shape from sine to square.

Micron Phaser is simple phaser effect that uses a notch filter. FREQ sets the frequency center of the filter while RANGE sets the distance factor from that center. RES is the resonance parameter of the filter measured in decibels per octave. RATE controls the tempo-synched rate of oscillation of the filter. PHASE readout displays the resulting tempo, which may be calibrated using Micron Synchronizer.

Micron Filter is an equalizer effect that shapes the input signal using two crisscrossing shelf filters. Adjust the filter position on the x-axis with the frequency center FREQ, the y-axis with the amplitude DEPTH, and distance factor with WIDTH. LEVEL adjusts the output gain, which also applies makeup gain from shelf filters.

Micron Distorter is an amplitude distortion effect that exponentiates the signal value by a power of the DIST level. This is followed by two tone dials. LOW sets the gain of the high-shelf filter, and HIGH sets the gain of the low-shelf filter. LEVEL sets the volume of the output signal.

Micron Folder is an amplitude modulation effect that folds the signal by an amount of pi-radians, which adds odd harmonics to the input signal. GAIN boosts the input signal to get to the 0 dB threshold for folding. FOLDS sets the amount of folds applied to the signal in pi-radians. TONE sets the cutoff for the low-pass filter on the output signal. LEVEL sets the volume of the output signal.

Micron Pulser is an amplitude envelope effect that applies an attenuation function to the amplitude of the input signal. The SHAPE tab depicts the selected ramp-up, ramp-down, square, and triangle shape of the pulse. WIDTH sets the duty cycle of the pulse, which skews the angle of the pulse. LEFT/RIGHT selects each channel’s tempo-synced note values, creating a stereophonic polyrhythm. DEPTH sets the amplitude depth of the pulse. PULSE readout displays the resulting tempo, which may be calibrated using Micron Synchronizer.

Micron Sequencer is a rhythmic amplitude effect that applies a square pulse amplitude on selected beats within a loop-based sequence. RATE sets the tempo-synced rate of oscillation while PULSE sets the length of the sequence. GRID switches on/off amplitude to create rhythmic sequences. SEQUENCE readout displays the resulting tempo, which may be calibrated using Micron Synchronizer.

Micron Flanger is a simple flanger effect that implements a comb filter on the input signal. FREQ sets the filter’s feedback delay value, which is tuned to a selected microtonal pitch. Choose the FREQ integer for pitch between C32Hz & B63Hz to produce the resonant pitch center. Standard tuning frequency of A440Hz is TUNE A55Hz. RATE controls the tempo-synched rate of oscillation of the filter’s feedforward delay. RES/FEED sets the feedback/feedforward coefficients. FLANGE readout displays the resulting tempo, which may be calibrated using Micron Synchronizer.

Micron Reflector is a simple delay effect using the tap delay function. TONE sets the cutoff for the low-pass filter on the effect signal. LEFT/RIGHT selects each channel’s tempo-synced note values, creating a stereophonic polyrhythm. FEED sets the Feedback gain on the effect signal. REFLECT readout displays the resulting tempo, which may be calibrated using Micron Synchronizer.
