Device Overview

Name/Version: MOAP - BufferDelayStutterSampler 1.0
Author: ggrainer
Description: MOAP is an experimental buffer delay with two modes.

DEMO: https://youtu.be/YZyABky18qM

MODE ONE - Continuous recording and playback to a 4sec buffer:

- DIR selects between 5 different speeds and pitches

- FDBK sends pitched signal back into buffer and pitches over and over

- Start/Size determines the beginning and end of playback on the buffer

- RND POS randomizes size of playback selection

- STUTTER plays randomly selected small chunks of the buffer while cutting the dry signal simultaneously

- Waveform viewer allows for selecting size/start by simpying dragging and selecting a section of the buffer

MODE TWO - Sampler with random playback on a dynamically sized buffer.

- Record up to 4 seconds of audio

- DIR is the same as MODE ONE

- RND chooses amount of random

- FINE allows for free speed shifting

Please suggest features and improvement, thanks!

Thanks this is great! Using on nice ambient experimental glitchy things!

@pheonsnd29
thanks, let me know if anything needs fixing or you'd like anything added.

Love this.

Couple of interesting finds:

I copied one instance of this from a channel to another and they appeared to be sharing buffers. I could hear things from one plugin going into the buffer of the other instance on a totally separate channel. Intended? Freak incident? Ha. Perhaps we'll never know.

Also, I can't seem to modulate anything. It would be incredible to modulate some of these parameters.

Anyway, I'm getting some great sounds out of pads and textures. I haven't even tried percussion yet. I think it'll be great for that.

Good work!
