This is a simple 16 step sequencer M4L MIDI device, currently capable of the following key features:

- Step On/Off
- Step Pitch
- Step Velocity
- 36 Preset Slots

The devices observes and applies current project tempo to generate 1/16th-length MIDI notes. The device starts playing if project is currently being played, and stop when project stops. The device lets through incoming MIDI note, but doesn't process them in any way. All GUI elements are MIDI mappable.

Preset functionality:

LOAD PRESET Click on a slot
SAVE PRESET Shift + Click
DELETE PRESET Alt + Shift + Click

I know its a beta but just some feedback. When clicking to load or save a preset it generates a MIDI signal causing the loaded instrument to play a note.


This is a really cool device! Mainly because it is easily mappable, and therefore, you can turn your midi-device into a step sequencer quite easily. Feature requests in order of priority:

1. Octave control per step (if this was added, I would actually start to use it!)
2. overall length (8, 16, 32)
3. Note length per step
4. visual grid where you see the notes.
