Great little device!

Would it be possible to add a feature where disabled clips are deleted only with the selected area? That would be VERY handy as I don't always want to delete every disabled clip on a track.

Sadly no. 
The API don't allow observing more than one selected clips at a time... 
If you select a clip in Live Max can report which clip is selected, but as soon as you select more than one clip it won't show anything. 

So you can only modify: 
- all clips on all tracks or on a single track
- some clips based on some rules (name, color, length and so on.. but not batch selection)
- the selected clip if there's only one selected clip.
