This is fantastic, was just about to go through all the work of trying to create this myself...
Any word on why Korg has not specified MIDI notes that control the Tom "Hi Pitch" and "Lo Pitch" parameters? From looking at their MIDI Implementation Chart (linked below) it looks as if they don't exist. I have an inquiry in to them about how these might be controlled.
Otherwise, it looks like this person (second link below) was able to create a control device with these parameters.
