Overview
| Name | Version: | Mozart V Markov 1.0 |
| Author: | iainives |
| Device Type: | MIDI Effect |
| Description: | This is my first Max 4 Live device. The point of the device is to use a Markov algorithm as a compositional aid which analyses your selected Midi notes and replace them with the Markov 2nd order notes. The Markov algorithm was created from tutorials at http://www.algorithmiccomposer.com/2010/05/algorithmic-composition-markov-chains.html I am looking for feedback on this device (not specifically the programming) to do with whether it was: Useful in helping you creating melodies? If it helped inspire you or was it easier to use your own creativity? How it could be improved. And also if you would use this device again? All comments welcome positive or negative, Cheers |

Really like this a lot. Is there some way I can get in contact with you? I am doing a masters and my project is using a Markov chain. Would like to talk to you about it.
